Jonathan Hallett - Head of Central & Eastern Europe Region
Jonathan Hallett is the Head of Central & Eastern Europe Region and Managing Partner of Cushman & Wakefield in the Czech Republic. He manages a strong team of 880 staff involved in all aspects of property services in offices located in the Czech Republic, Hungary Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey and other 11 affiliates. Jonathan is also EMEA Board Member of Cushman & Wakefield and oversees the Retail Services in the CEE region. Jonathan has international retail experience gained over 23 years working in Brussels, Paris, London and CE. He became a Partner in 2001 and is a member of the RICS.
Ferdinand Hlobil – International Partner | Head of Industrial CE
Ferdinand Hlobil is the Head of the Central European Industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1995 and became a Partner of the firm. He coordinates the Central European industrial teams and the cross-border flows of developers, investors and occupiers. He has considerable experience of the Central European property market in industrial, retail warehousing and various land acquisitions. Ferdinand is a member of the Logistics Managers Club.
Jeff Alson – Partner | Head of CE Capital Markets
Jeff Alson is the Head of CEE Capital Markets and Partner of the firm. He is responsible for running a team focused on commercial property investment and advising on disposals and acquisitions on behalf of institutional, corporate and private clients. Jeff has over 18 years experiences in of Real Estate experience including 13 years working in Central and Eastern Europe. Jeff has worked worked as both principle and advisor on numerous transactions including various financial structures.

Richard Hogg – Partner | Head of Valuation & Advisory
Richard Hogg is the Head of Valuation & Advisory Services team in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Richard joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1999 and worked in Cushman & Wakefield London prior to his move to the Czech Republic. He has been active in the CEE market place since 2003. Richard became a Partner in 2011 and is a member of the RICS. In 2014 Richard becames Cushman & Wakefield’s first HypZert certified expert in the Czech Republic.
Frédéric Le Fichoux – Partner | Head of Hotel Transactions - Continental Europe
Frédéric Le Fichoux is the Head of Hotel Transactions in Continental Europe. He joined Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality in March 2007 and is based in Prague, Czech Republic. Frédéric leads the Central & Eastern European Hospitality team (investment, valuation, development advisory, and operator selection). Frédéric has worked in the CEE region for the last six years and is a member of the RICS.
Radka Novak – Partner | Head of Office Agency
Radka Novak is the Head of Office Agency in the Czech Republic. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2008. Radka has more than 15 years of experience in Prague’s office market. Radka supervises and coordinates the office agency team comprising eleven professionals. She provides strategic advisory services to both developers and landlords. She became a Partner in 2012.
Ondřej Fukal – Partner | Head of Asset Services CZ & SK
Ondřej Fukal is the Head of Asset Services in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He runs a team of 100 professionals dealing with all areas of property management including lease administration, reporting and double-entry bookkeeping. He has structured the team to ensure delivery of a sustainable and high quality service in all sectors – shopping centre management as well as office projects and logistics project management. He is a member of the RICS and a Partner of the firm.
Jan Kotrbáček – Partner | Head of Retail CE
Jan Kotrbáček is the Head of Retail Services CE and is responsible for a 40 consultants across the CE region. He has worked at Cushman & Wakefield since 2001, and has built up and run the High Street retail team. He forms and maintains relationship with many local and international landlords and retailers providing consultancy on leasing, development and expansion in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Central Europe. Jan has been involved in consultancy, development or letting on more than 400 High Street projects, and leased more that 120 000 sq m of space.
Jiří Kristek – Partner | Head of Retail Warehousing
Jiří Kristek is the Head of Retail Warehousing in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is a specialist in retail park leasing, land acquisitions and retail warehouse advisory, representing developers of major retail warehousing schemes across Czech Republic and Slovakia, and tenants from a wide range of retail sectors. Jiří joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2000. He became a Partner in 2010.

Glyn Evans – Head of Design & Build CEE, Head of Project & Development Services
Glyn joined Cushman & Wakefield as the Head of Design & Build CEE, a new platform the Cushman & Wakefield introduced. He is also the Head Project & Development Services (PDS) in the Czech Republic. Glyn is responsible for delivering project management and commercial fit out services in the CEE region. He has more than 10 years’ experience in this field.
Miroslav Mendl - Head of Human Resources CE
Together with his team, Miroslav is responsible for all HR processes within the company like recruitment, people development and remuneration, organizational planning, compliance to regulatory concerns enabling the achievement of the organization's business goals.
Petr Šulc – Chief Financial Officer
Petr Šulc as the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the success of the financial performance of the Cushman & Wakefield offices across the Central & Eastern European region. Developing the cluster financial strategy he is leading the short and long-term strategic financial objectives in CE region. He has been involved in the financial processes during the transformation phase following the Cushman & Wakefield merge with DTZ.
